Stefan Book's journey began in automation engineering, designing control systems and algorithms. But it was his doctoral research in quality management that revealed his true calling: bridging the gap between technical excellence and organizational reality.
Since founding his first company in 1995, Stefan has built multiple ventures, led ISO-certified consultancies, and advised regulated organizations across Europe.
